Every child deserves a library - not just the ones who can afford one. Litzi sponsorship removes cost as a barrier, giving under-resourced schools the same full reading platform as everyone else, completely free.

What is Sponsorship?
We provide free (yes, truly free) access to any school of any size that genuinely cannot afford to purchase physical or online books for their students.
This usually includes schools in developing countries, refugee and community learning centres, and regions where government or community support is limited - but sponsorship is genuinely open to any school doing its best with too little.
Sponsored schools aren't given a cut-down version. They receive the complete Litzi platform, identical to the one our paying schools use.
Why We Do This
Reading is the single biggest predictor of a child's future opportunities, yet millions of students learn in classrooms with few books - or none at all. We built Litzi to celebrate diverse, culturally rich stories, and we don't think a school's budget should decide which children get to enjoy them.
Sponsorship is how we make sure the children who would benefit most are never the ones left out.
Requirements
- Your school or organisation should be registered and verifiable online in your country.
- You will need at least one internet-connected tablet, laptop or computer on which your students can read books.
- We do not need to see your school budget, but we do ask that you are genuine and provide details as to why you are seeking sponsorship.
- A letter or statement from your school Principal, Parents Association or School or Community Council is usually expected to confirm your needs.

Who qualifies for a Litzi school sponsorship?

How much does a sponsored subscription cost?
Nothing. Sponsored access is completely free for the full duration of the sponsorship - no setup fees, no per-student charges, no hidden costs.
What do sponsored schools receive?
The complete Litzi platform - the same one paying schools use - including 600+ diverse levelled readers, audio narration, comprehension quizzes, progress reporting and Build Your Own Book tools.
What technology does our school need?
At least one internet-connected tablet, laptop or computer for your students to read on. Litzi runs in a web browser, so there's nothing to install.
